Note: If Whatapp or Wechat are logged in both on computer and mobile phone, mobile phone and Device can’t receive the message.
Do as following:
I、Android: Jyou->Setting->Message Remind->Whatsapp/Wechat->Turn on
II、IOS: JYou->Setting->Message Remind-> Whatsapp/Wechat->Turn onNote: Mobile phone Bluetooth can only receive message when it show as below figure, otherwise please forget the device and restart Bluetooth, and enter JYou app again to connect Device.

Note:
3.1、Battery must be more than two level.
3.2、Don‘t stop when it is updating.
Operate steps:
Open JYou->Setting->click Firmware Upgrade


If have new firmware version, Device will be on upgrade interface and shinning(It is under upgrading status).

If Device can’t connect to App after 20 seconds, Please close APP, restart Bluetooth from mobile phone. If IOS system, please close JYou App and enter IPhone system setting->Choose Bluetooth->Forget the connected device, open JYou, and repeat step1 and step2, wait few seconds, after connected to App, click start upgrading, progress bar will be shinning at this time, after finished APP will show Upgrade finished and remind to restart device, click “OK”




》》 Note: After upgrading, if App can’t connect to Device, please quit from App and restart Bluetooth, and then enter JYou to search and connect to Device again.

Please check if charger cable and connector working properly, if working properly and still can’t be activated, please send it to after sales center.

1、 By App: Open Jyou->My->click Heart Switch to be on

2、By Device: click Touch pannel choose Hear Rate function, as below figure

Displays energy consumption data

Displays the distance traveled

Displays the sleep time

Select this feature, flip the bracelet to find the phone

The product ID number when the phone is bound
Heart rate test:
Select this function to start the heart rate test

It means the Device have new software version, if you don’t want to upgrade, please connect to charger to reactive the device. 

Please use the latest APP version, please uninstall the old APP before install the latest one.

Correct operate:
Jyou->Setting->user info->Change password->Input the old and new password->Click “OK”buttone, as below figure 

->After quit, click the ICON on the right top side as below figure

Note: All the data will be cleared after choose “Device recovery” function
After recovery , Device data will be cleared and power off, if need power on, please connect to the charger to active it.

Please check if the Device is on searching mobile phone function, searching mobile phone function ICON is as below:

You can’t set the Device time, Device data and time will sync with mobile phone.

After JYou APP connected to the Device, choose setting->take photo from APP, the photo ICON ，will be shown on the LCD, turn wrist or shake the device, the APP will control mobile phone to take photos, click “back” ICON from mobile phone or touch device panel to quit photo interface, taking photo function will be quit.

You have set Sedentary remind function(Device->Sedentary remind), this function is used for remind you to take a walk after long time sitting, you can set the sitting time and you can turn it off by setting the time to be“0”
