A、Make sure APP is connected to the Device, and Message remind function is on, as below figure

B、 Make sure Whatsapp and facebook in running in mobile phone, and they are not logged in the computer.
C、Make sure in APP Setting->Save power setting->Raise bright screen and Device vibrate are on, interrupt mode is off, as below figure.


If all those 3 clause are ok, but message remind function is still not working, please follow below steps to check some software settings, take whatsapp as example:
A、choose settings->Notifications->Whatsapp, as below figure:

B、Make sure all functions are on, as below figure

C、According step A and B to check other functions settings that need message remind

D、 Make sure Android system is 4.4 version or higher version.

If message reminding still not working after finished all operating as above mentioned, please do as following:
1、From the phone settings to find [security] or [security and privacy] click to open, as shown below

2、Find notification permission Click to open, as shown below

3、Check if JYou is opened, if not please open, if opened please close and open again as below figure.


4、If your Device still can’t receive the Message Remind, maybe your mobile phone have get Virus, please try other message receive way, please operate as follows:
5、Open Settings->Additional Settings->Accessibility as below figure:

6、Check “JYou message notifications”, if not opened please open as below figure.


7、After the above steps should be able to receive push messages.
8、SMS push needs "jianyou" App can read SMS permissions.
